STEMTAC Foundation is dedicated to advancing education, entrepreneurship, and social justice through STEM-focused initiatives. We aim to provide accessible opportunities for all ages in the Puget Sound region by offering customized training, business incubation and acceleration services, and innovative ventures. Our collaborative approach and four pillars of service enable us to empower individuals and support community growth.

Al Herron is a Particle Physicist, Electrical Engineer, and Entrepreneur who is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Management, Strategy & Innovation Specialization. He has spent his career pushing the boundaries of Compact Linear Accelerator Technology, driving new business development opportunities, and working with business owners and entrepreneurs for educational and economic equity in under-served areas. After spending ample time in each realm of his passions, he has found meaningful ways to bring it all together to produce a positive impact on both his career ambitions and his commitment to serving the community, with special emphasis on STEM Curriculum & Program Development. Mr Herron is currently serving on the Board for the Equity in Education Committee, the Lake Washington School District Equity Team, the Programs Committee for Treehouse of Seattle, and now on the Board for the Black Education Strategies Roundtable.
